Hey there Love,

Let’s call perfectionism what it really is: fear in a sparkly disguise. It struts in like it’s got its life together, but really? It’s just terrified of judgment, failure, and not being “enough.”

The truth is, perfectionism isn’t a personality quirk. It’s a defense mechanism dressed up as ambition. And girl  it is what’s  holding you back.

What Perfectionism Actually Does:

  • Makes you put things off until they’re “perfect”
  • Kills your creativity
  • Sucks the joy out of everything
  • Convinces you that trying and failing is worse than not trying at all

Sound familiar? It sure as hell does to me!!!

Here’s the thing:

You don’t need to be perfect to be worthy. You don’t need to have it all together to deserve joy. You don’t need to lose weight, fix your skin, tone your arms, or organize your damn closet before you book the boudoir shoot or wear the red lipstick.

You just have to show up as you are.

Perfectionism is the thief of confidence. And confidence? It comes when you say, “This is me. Messy, real, trying, and worthy anyway.”

So ditch the push-up bra. Let your imperfections breathe. They’re not the problem—they’re the proof that you’re living

xoxo
