Hey Its Us again….
Let me guess—you’ve spent a decent chunk of your life believing you’d finally love your body after something happened.
After you lose weight.
After you tone your arms.
After you stop stress-eating cheese at midnight.
After you find a magical pair of leggings that turns you into Beyoncé.
But here’s a radical, possibly blasphemous idea:
What if you didn’t have to change a damn thing to start loving your body right now?
Loving. Your. Body. Doesn’t. Mean. You’re. Obsessed. With. It.👏🏻
Let’s clear this up: Loving your body doesn’t mean you wake up every day, blow kisses at your stretch marks, and do naked pirouettes in the mirror like a goddess on mushrooms.
It means you stop hating it.
It means you feed it.
Move it.
Rest it.
Treat it like it deserves to exist—not just once it’s been “fixed.”
Loving your body isn’t a destination you reach after enough burpees and green smoothies. It’s a mindset shift. It’s choosing, over and over, to respect the hell out of the body that’s kept you alive through some real sh*t.
You’ve Been Brainwashed… No, Seriously.
The billion-dollar beauty industry has been whispering in your ear for years that your worth is tied to your waistline. Your thighs. Your skin. Your age.
And you know what? That’s not self-care. That’s psychological battery.
Your body isn’t a before-and-after project.
It’s not a marketing campaign.
It’s a freaking miracle, and you’re walking around like it owes you more.
So… What Does Body Love Look Like Right Now?
-
Wearing the outfit now, not “after I lose 10 lbs”
-
Unfollowing that influencer who makes you feel like a potato
-
Saying thank you to your body, even if you’re not head-over-heels in love with it
-
Booking the damn photoshoot, because confidence isn’t about “getting ready”—it’s about being brave right where you are
Try to remember….
You don’t owe the world a flat stomach, smooth thighs, or flawless skin.
You owe yourself peace.
You owe yourself grace.
You owe yourself a life where your reflection doesn’t ruin your day.
Start loving your body now. Not 20 pounds from now. Not 10 years from now. Not when it’s convenient.
Now.
xoxo
